Moldova starts procedure to fully withdraw from CIS

CHISINAU. March 5 (Interfax) - The Moldovan parliament's foreign policy commission on Wednesday approved advisory opinions on denouncing the agreement on the establishment of the Commonwealth of Independent States (CIS), the protocol to this agreement, and the CIS charter, the commission told Interfax.
