ST. PETERSBURG. April 1 (Interfax) - The Trans-Arctic Transport Corridor is becoming the main safe alternative to southern sea routes amid the Middle East conflict, Russian Deputy Prime Minister Vitaly Savelyev said at the International Transport and Logistics Forum in St. Petersburg.
