Kazakh lawmakers urge government to boost local content, tighten oversight of petrochemical tenders
ASTANA. April 1 (Interfax-Kazakhstan) - Lawmakers in Kazakhstan have urged the government to increase local content in oil, gas and petrochemical projects, citing aggressive price undercutting by foreign contractors and a growing share of foreign labor.
