ALMATY. April 1 (Interfax-Kazakhstan) - Kazakh state-owned oil company KazMunayGas has signed refueling agreements with three foreign cargo airlines, securing into-wing fueling services as Kazakhstan seeks to position its airports as strategic transit hubs.
