ASTANA. March 27 (Interfax) - Kazakh oil exports have not been affected by the drone attacks on the Russian port of Ust-Luga and is proceeding as usual, Asel Serikpayeva, advisor and official representative of the Kazakh Energy Ministry, told Interfax.
