ALMATY. March 30 (Interfax-Kazakhstan) - Kazakh Prime Minister Olzhas Bektenov met with board members of the International Fund for Saving the Aral Sea (IFAS) to discuss preparations for an upcoming summit of the fund's founding states and to explore ways to strengthen regional water cooperation, the government said Monday.
