Uzbek president issues instructions to develop economy amid worsening int'l situation

TASHKENT. March 30 (Interfax) - Uzbek President Shavkat Mirziyoyev on Monday was informed of measures to ensure forecast macroeconomic indicators for the first quarter of 2026 and to mitigate the impact from the unstable situation on world markets on the national economy, the president's press service said in a statement on Monday.
