Tokayev urges Kazakhs to push back against vandalism, cultural decay

ALMATY. May 21 (Interfax-Kazakhstan) - President Kassym-Jomart Tokayev called on Kazakh citizens to stand firm against a lack of culture, barbarism and vandalism, saying such behavior has no place in a progressive nation.
