Kazakhstan parliament adopts amendments on special state agencies

ALMATY. June 4 (Interfax-Kazakhstan) — Kazakhstan's Senate approved two bills Thursday expanding rules governing special state agencies and tightening penalties for extremist materials, clearing them for the president's signature.
