Billions of tenge in fines could be written off in Kazakhstan under amnesty

ASTANA. May 21 (Interfax-Kazakhstan) – Kazakhstan citizens could have billions of tenge in fines written off under an upcoming administrative amnesty., Snezhana Imasheva, a member of the Majilis, the lower house of parliament, said Thursday.
