Tokayev calls for tough response to rising traffic deaths, attacks on doctors and police

ASTANA. April 10 (Interfax-Kazakhstan) - President Kassym-Jomart Tokayev said rising traffic fatalities and attacks on doctors and police officers require a firm response from both the state and society.
