ASTANA. April 23 (Interfax-Kazakhstan) - The Senate, the upper house of Kazakhstan’s parliament, on Thursday approved a law ratifying a memorandum of understanding with the International Monetary Fund on the Regional Capacity Development Center for the Caucasus, Central Asia and Mongolia, an Interfax-Kazakhstan correspondent reported.
