Kazakhstan's SCAT to launch flights from Shymkent to Tyumen, Novosibirsk

ASTANA. March 12 (Interfax-Kazakhstan) - Kazakhstan's SCAT Airlines will launch new international routes from Shymkent to the Russian cities of Tyumen and Novosibirsk, the company said on Wednesday.
