Kazakhstan’s central bank cuts base rate to 15.75%, as analysts expected

ASTANA. Oct 23 (Interfax-Kazakhstan) – Kazakhstan’s National Bank set its base rate at 15.75% a year, with a corridor of plus or minus 1 percentage point, it said on Friday.
