Kazakhstan, South Korea sign raft of government agreements in Seoul

ASTANA. Sept 16 (Interfax-Kazakhstan) — Kazakhstan and South Korea signed a series of intergovernmental and interagency documents during talks in Seoul, the Kazakh presidential press service said Tuesday.
