ASTANA. Sept 16 (Interfax-Kazakhstan) — Repairs that began Sept. 7 at the Karachaganak field will run through October and cut oil output by up to 450,000 tonnes, Kazakhstan's Energy Ministry told Interfax-Kazakhstan.
