UN Security Council no longer fulfilling global security mission - Tokayev
ASTANA. Aug 28 (Interfax-Kazakhstan) — The UN Security Council has ceased to fulfill its mission of ensuring global and regional peace, while major powers have lost trust in one another, Kazakh President Kassym-Jomart Tokayev said.
