MOSCOW. Aug 27 (Interfax) - Germany's PCK Schwedt refinery is managing to keep running at around 80% capacity despite a reduction in Kazakh crude supplies, Reuters reported, quoting Ralf Schairer, spokesperson for the refinery's management board.
