ASTANA. Aug 25 (Interfax-Kazakhstan) - Kazakhstan has lost 3.5 million tonnes of oil production due to attacks on the Caspian Pipeline Consortium (CPC) this year, Kazakh Minister of Energy Yerlan Akkenzhenov said.
