Tokayev says government changes after Kurultai elections will be targeted

ASTANA. Aug 23 (Interfax-Kazakhstan) – President Kassym-Jomart Tokayev said the government will resign following the Kurultai elections, with personnel changes expected to be targeted rather than sweeping.
