Kazakhstan orders Caspian oil operators to host anti-terror forces near facilities

ASTANA. Aug 19 (Interfax-Kazakhstan) — Energy Minister Yerlan Akkenzhenov has ordered oil companies operating in Kazakhstan's Caspian sector to provide a staging area near their offshore facilities for the maritime anti-terrorism task force, according to a document published in the legal database.
