KazTransOil-run Batumi port trims energy costs by $1.36 million

ASTANA. Aug. 17 (Interfax-Kazakhstan) — The Batumi Oil Terminal, managed by Kazakhstan's KazTransOil, cut electricity consumption by 24.3% and natural gas use by 41.4% in the first seven months of 2026 compared with the same period last year, the company said.
