ASTANA. July 28 (Interfax-Kazakhstan) — Kazakhstan's national railway operator, Kazakhstan Temir Zholy, will place $168 million worth of bonds on July 29 with a maturity of 2.5 years and a coupon rate of 5.5% per annum, the company said.
