Geotech, Bashneftegeofizika Russian oilfield service holdings begin merger

MOSCOW. July 28 (Interfax) - JSC Bashneftegeofizika (MOEX: BNGF) and JSC Geotech, two major Russian oilfield service holdings, have begun merging, Geotech reports.
