Kazakhstan brings back suspect in $5.3 million procurement fraud from Vietnam
ASTANA. July 24 (Interfax-Kazakhstan) — The alleged mastermind of a 2.5 billion tenge embezzlement scheme at Kazakhstan's state-run Center for Forensic Examination has been extradited from Vietnam, the Financial Monitoring Agency said Thursday.
