ASTANA. July 13 (Interfax) - An Organization for Security and Co-operation in Europe's Office for Democratic Institutions and Human Rights (OSCE/ODIHR) mission that will monitor a Kurultai (unicameral parliament) election in Kazakhstan has begun its work, the ODIHR press service said in a statement on Friday.
