Tokayev to outline next reform phase ahead of new constitution taking effect

ASTANA. June 25 (Interfax-Kazakhstan) — President Kassym-Jomart Tokayev said Thursday he will address a joint session of parliament on Friday to sum up the outgoing constitutional era and lay out the country's priorities as a new basic law comes into force next week.
