Kyrgyzstan proposes border land swap with Kazakhstan for new toll road

BISHKEK. June 23 (Interfax-Kazakhstan) — Kyrgyzstan has proposed exchanging small parcels of borderland with Kazakhstan to clear the way for a 150-kilometer toll highway, the Kyrgyz presidential spokesman said Tuesday.
