Capabilities of Russian military base in Tajikistan planned to be reinforced - defense minister
MOSCOW. June 4 (Interfax) - Cooperation between Moscow and Dushanbe is an important factor of stability in Central Asia, and there are plans to reinforce the capabilities of a Russian military base in Tajikistan, Russian Defense Minister Andrei Belousov said.
