Kazakhstan sows 88% of planned area, ahead of last year's pace

ALMATY. June 3 (Interfax-Kazakhstan) — Kazakh farmers have sown 20.9 million hectares, or 88% of the planned 23.8 million, outpacing last year's spring planting campaign, the Agriculture Ministry said Wednesday.
