Kazzinc plant explosion caused by process violation – emergency minister

ASTANA. June 2 (Interfax-Kazakhstan) – The explosion at the Kazzinc plant in Ust-Kamenogorsk was preliminarily caused by a violation of the technological process, Kazakh Emergency Minister Chingis Arinov said Tuesday.
