ALMATY. May 20 (Interfax-Kazakhstan) - Kazakhstan plans to build a large-scale shrimp farming complex with annual capacity of 5,300 tonnes under a memorandum signed with international aquaculture company Big Blue Farms, the Agriculture Ministry said Wednesday.
