Kazakhstan's parliament passes constitutional law on status of capital

ALMATY. May 20 (Interfax-Kazakhstan) - Kazakhstan's parliament adopted a constitutional law Wednesday defining the special status of the capital, Astana, and reorganizing city governance ahead of the new constitution's entry into force July 1.
