ALMATY. May 19 (Interfax-Kazakhstan) - Kazakh President Kassym-Jomart Tokayev signed into law a memorandum of understanding Tuesday that formalizes the International Monetary Fund's Regional Capacity Development Center for the Caucasus, Central Asia and Mongolia, based in Almaty, his press service said.
