Center for Turkic Civilization to open in Kazakh city of Turkistan

ASTANA. May 15 (Interfax-Kazakhstan) – Kazakh President Kassym-Jomart Tokayev has announced plans to establish a Center for Turkic Civilization in Turkistan, a city in south Kazakhstan.
