Tokayev congratulates Bulgaria’s new prime minister on election victory

ASTANA. May 9 (Interfax-Kazakhstan) - President Kassym-Jomart Tokayev has sent a congratulatory message to Rumen Radev following the victory of the Progressive Bulgaria coalition in the parliamentary elections and his appointment as Bulgaria’s prime minister, the Kazakh leader’s press service said.
