Kazakhstan moves to tighten election rules, ban outside campaign financing

ALMATY. May 8 (Interfax-Kazakhstan) - Kazakhstan's parliament has approved in the first reading draft constitutional amendments to the country's election law, officials said Friday, as the nation overhauls its political system under a new constitution.
