Kazakh parliament advances constitutional law on presidency, including vice president role

ALMATY. May 8 (Interfax-Kazakhstan) - Kazakhstan's parliament has approved in the first reading a draft constitutional law on the presidency, Justice Minister Yerlan Sarsembayev said Friday, as the country implements a new constitution adopted by referendum in March.
