Kazakhstan considers criminal liability for large-scale personal data breaches

ASTANA. April 28 (Interfax-Kazakhstan) — Kazakhstan is considering introducing criminal liability for large-scale breaches of citizens’ personal data, Deputy Minister of Artificial Intelligence and Digital Development Rostislav Konyashkin said on Tuesday.
