Tokayev warns of declining UN role in conflict resolution

ASTANA. April 17 (Interfax-Kazakhstan) – Kazakh President Kassym-Jomart Tokayev warned of the United Nations’ declining role in resolving international conflicts and voiced concern about the future of the global institutional system.
