Belarus to open consulate in Kazakhstan’s Almaty
ALMATY. April 14 (Interfax-Kazakhstan) - Belarus will open a consulate general in Almaty on Tuesday, a move that Kazakhstan’s top diplomat said will strengthen bilateral ties.
