Kazakh authorities bust cyber gang using fake cell towers to steal data

ALMATY. April 8 (Interfax-Kazakhstan) - A group of cybercriminals who used an imitation cell tower to steal personal data and money from mobile phone users has been detained in Kazakhstan, the country’s financial monitoring agency said Wednesday.
