ASTANA. April 7 (Interfax-Kazakhstan) - A Kazakhstan-Singapore consortium will be engaged to construct three combined heat and power plants (CHP) in the cities of Kokshetau, Semey and Ust-Kamenogorsk, said Kairat Maksutov, head of Samruk-Energy.
