Kazakh lawmakers to consider special status for Alatau

ALMATY. March 18 (Interfax-Kazakhstan) - Kazakh lawmakers will hold a joint session Friday to consider a constitutional law granting a special status to the city of Alatau, a deputy prime minister said.
