Tokayev announces first administrative amnesty in Kazakhstan

ALMATY. March 17 (Interfax-Kazakhstan) - Kazakh President Kassym-Jomart Tokayev has called on parliament to pass legislation granting amnesty for certain criminal and administrative offenses that did not threaten public or state security.
