Kazakh leader signs decree to implement new constitution

ALMATY. March 17 (Interfax-Kazakhstan) - Kazakh President Kassym-Jomart Tokayev has signed a decree outlining measures to implement the country's new constitution, days after voters approved it in a national referendum.
