Tokayev warns against dual power in Kazakhstan, citing past instability

ALMATY. March 16 (Interfax-Kazakhstan) - President Kassym-Jomart Tokayev said Sunday that Kazakhstan must avoid dual power, warning that such a system previously undermined stability in the country.
