More than 12,700 Kazakh citizens vote abroad in constitutional referendum

ALMATY. March 16 (Interfax-Kazakhstan) - More than 12,700 Kazakh citizens cast ballots abroad in Sunday's constitutional referendum, achieving 88.6% turnout among overseas voters, the Foreign Ministry said Monday.
