OPEC+ cuts oil production 350,000 bpd in Feb, but 400,000 bpd short of target, Russia cuts output 56,000 bpd

MOSCOW. March 11 (Interfax) - OPEC+ countries cut oil production by 354,000 barrels per day in February compared with January to 37.363 million bpd, but were 400,000 bpd short of the target set to compensate for past over-production.
