Feasibility study development for Kazakhstan's fourth oil refinery to begin in March 2026

ASTANA. Feb 27 (Interfax-Kazakhstan) - Kazakhstan's First Deputy Prime Minister Roman Sklyar has instructed the Ministry of Energy and the Samruk-Kazyna fund to develop a feasibility study for the construction of a fourth oil refinery by the end of March.
